[Seared Scallop and mussel on a bed of mixed fruit salsa,topped with toasted sesame soba served with spicy butter sauce]

Soup

[Roasted sweet potat and apple blended with cream and apple cider sprinkled with juciy apple cubes]

Sorbet

[Blend of iced lychee, lime and basil.]

Main Course
Seafood - [pan-seared norwegian salmon accompanied with baked oriental stuffed squid,sauteed vegetables with a combination of kiwi mint and mango cream sauce]

Chicken - [grilled ginger infused chicken with delicious yam patties,sauteed vegetables drizzled with tangy cinnamon spiced orange glaze.]

Dessert
[Strawberry Balsamic Mousse - Scrumptious strawberries wipped into a mousse layered with vanilla sponge along with fresh fruit and raspberry sauce]
